Well here is my odd shot for this Monday. This fountain can be found at Veteran's Memorial park in Langford (outside of Victoria,B.C.). I have seen all the suds here before but always wondered why! Is it soap put in the fountain. If it is soap was it done on purpose by city workers or by troublemakers? Or is it something that just happens when the conditions wind and rain and dirt or whatever is just right. Maybe you have an answer.

I've heard of students putting bubble bath in fountains and swimming pools. Very odd indeed. And such a waste of water too since they have to be drained and cleaned! :(
