Saw this driving in and about Victoria the other day. I love it when the municipal works crews do things special with flower beds in the area. This time the person had a great sense of humor. Im sure alot of people see this on their monday mornings on their drive to work and it cheers them up a bit. A perfect location at the corner of Blanshard and Finlayson roads. I will try and find a few more of the interesting ones to post during the next few months.
Spring has sprung.
