I don't know if your like me, but it drives me nuts when I'm watching a TV show or sporting event on TV and you see the same commercial over and over again. I mean these companies have been making commercials for years and years, don't tell me they only have one commercial.
Commercials are suppose to intrigue you to buy the product. But with these same commercials 6 times during a 1 hr show, I'm not intrigued to buy the product. On the other hand I probably will not buy the product.
Now I know the value of getting your name and word out more than once. But does it have to be the same exact message each time. Why not 4 different commercials for the same product. Or I think this is a great way to do it is have say 4 commercials that run into each other in a certain order so you want to see how the next one turns out. Just don't keep putting on the same one over and over and over again.

I so agree...what really infuriates me is when they start with one commercial, do six or seven more, then end the break repeating the first commercial. I just saw it 3-4 minutes ago. I don't need or want to see it again, especially when I know I will get to see it at least 4 more times over the next hour. And what happened to the days where commercial breaks were about 2 minutes long...why do we need up to a dozen commercials each break? UGH. Ok I am ranting. Time to take a deep breath...
