Same Service; Different Perspective

Well Remeber the old memories of The Salvation Army serving  hot drinks to the soldiers.  Well its a different time and even tho the people receiving the hot drinks have changed the service is still the same.



I took my time volunteering today with my local Salvation Army Church and served hot
Chocolate to the new indoor skateboard park and school in Langford.
   
The kids there enjoy the safe environment of the strictly run indoor park.  Its small but very friendly with reasonable rates to skate or take lessons.









It even has its own skateboard shop upstairs.

But the smiles from the young guys and girls with a free hot chocolate is fantastic.
